J.H.V. Consrtuction Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Nerul in Navi Mumbai. It’s a fast-moving place to be. If you’ve ever been to Nerul, you know how much building and activity is going on all the time. We are right in the middle of it. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet to talk about the latest projects. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. Construction in Navi Mumbai is a tough business, and you have to be on your toes. We deal with all the usual stuff like late deliveries and rainy weather that slows everything down. But we’ve been doing this long enough to not let it get to us. We aren't a giant firm with thousands of employees. We are just a local team that knows the area well. Most of our day is spent on site, checking on how things are coming along. When we are back in the office, it’s mostly just to handle the paperwork that comes with the job. It’s a straightforward life. We like being in Nerul because it’s well-connected and we can get to our sites pretty easily. We just do the work, go home, and come back the next day to do it again.
