Jb Global Logistics

Jb Global Logistics is run out of a space at 17/C, Ajanta, on 3rd Road in Khar West. It’s a decent neighborhood, a bit quieter than some other parts of Mumbai, but still busy enough. We’ve got an office here that is mostly filled with computers, phones, and a lot of paperwork. Logistics is really just about keeping track of things, and that’s what we spend our days doing. The building, Ajanta, is easy to find if you know the area. We have a few desks squeezed into the room, and the walls are covered with calendars and maps. It’s not a corporate headquarters; it’s just where we work. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to drivers or checking on shipments. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing a mistake, but that’s just how it is. We’ve been in Khar for a while, and we like the local shops nearby where we get our lunch. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just do our jobs and hope the people we work with are satisfied. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. When the monsoon hits, the road outside gets a bit flooded, but we just keep the office running as best we can. It’s a practical, everyday sort of business that keeps us moving.
