Our workshop is out in the Pune district, specifically in a place called Belha within the Junnar area. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like it out here because it’s a lot more open. We are located right near the Modern English School, which is the easiest way to find us. If you see the school, you’re basically there. We focus on steel treating here, much like our other locations. The atmosphere is a bit different because it’s more rural. We don't have the constant noise of city traffic, just the sound of our own machines running throughout the day. The building is a simple industrial shed. It’s got high ceilings and plenty of space for the heavy gear and furnaces we use. We don't have any air conditioning in the work area, so it gets pretty warm when the heat is on. The office part is just a small corner with a wooden desk and a couple of chairs for when we need to do the billing or check the schedules. We don't really have any "About Us" posters on the wall or anything like that. We just have a calendar and some safety charts to remind us of the rules. Most of us have been working in the steel industry for a long time, so we don't need much instruction anymore. We just show up, do the jobs that are scheduled, and make sure everything is handled properly before we close up for the night.
