Jainus World Trade

Our office is over in Mulund West, in the Satyam Building on R.P. Road. We are right near the Municipal Hospital, so there are always ambulances and people around. It’s a busy area. We are in unit A/5. Jainus World Trade has been operating from here for a good bit now. It’s a simple office. We have some desks, some old filing cabinets, and a computer that’s seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone dealing with traders and checking on shipments. It’s not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the wall. We just try to get through the pile of work on our desks every day. Sometimes the building elevator acts up, and we have to take the stairs, which isn't fun in the summer. We know most of the people in the building and the shopkeepers downstairs. It’s a local kind of feel. We don't really do much advertising. People usually find us because someone they know told them about us. We just keep things honest and try not to make mistakes with the orders. It’s a lot of small details that you have to get right in world trade, so we just stay focused on that. The view from the window is just the street below, but we don't have much time to look out anyway. There is always another invoice or packing list that needs attention.
