Jadeite Properties Llp is situated in Poonam Chambers on Dr. Annie Besant Road. We are in the B wing, at unit 402. Worli is a very central part of Mumbai, so it’s a good place for us to be based. The building itself is quite old and well-known, though the traffic on the road outside can be absolutely terrible most of the time. We work on various property deals and management from this office. It’s a decent space, but we have a lot of stuff everywhere, mostly files and old records. We aren't some massive real estate firm with a huge advertising budget. We are just a small team working hard every day. Some days the office is very quiet and we just catch up on work, and other days it feels like a madhouse with people coming and going. We don't have any polished corporate speeches. We just tell people how it is. Mumbai's real estate market is tough and fast, so we try our best to stay organized. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going and we spend a lot of time talking to lawyers and other agents. It is a lot of coordination and checking facts. We’ve been in this building for years and we know the area pretty well. We just take things as they come and try to be helpful.
