J V Engineering Company

We've been here at J V Engineering Company for quite a while now. Our place is tucked away in the Joshi Compound over in Jogeshwari West. It's right on the 100 Feet Road, just across from Ruby Hospital, so people usually find us without too much trouble. We mostly handle technical parts and repairs that come through the door every morning. It gets busy around the 4th Block, especially with all the traffic on 8th Main. The shop isn't fancy, just a lot of metal, tools, and grease. We spend most of our time at the workbenches getting things sorted for local projects. Sometimes the heat in the compound is a bit much, but that’s just how it is working in engineering. We aren't some big corporate office with suits; it’s just us in our work clothes. People stop by to ask about bits of machinery or if we can fix a specific part that’s worn out. Most of the guys here have lived in this part of Mumbai their whole lives. We know the neighbors and the other shop owners around the hospital area. It’s a straightforward setup. We open early, drink some tea, and get to the tasks on the list. If you walk past the hospital and see the sign for the compound, that's where we are. Nothing more to it than hard work and keeping the machines running. It is just a regular engineering shop doing what needs to be done for the customers who walk in.
