J. P. ENTERPRISES

J. P. ENTERPRISES is situated at 152, 1st Floor on Narayan Dhuru Street. This part of Masjid Bunder is always packed with people and goods being moved around. Our office is up one flight of stairs. It's not a very large space, but we have it packed with everything we need to run the business. We deal in various hardware and industrial items. Most of our day is spent talking to customers who come up the stairs looking for specific tools or components. We don’t have any fancy displays or showroom lights. It’s just a practical workspace with desks, chairs, and a lot of stock. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a big shipment arriving. We all pitch in to move the boxes. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the other shop owners on the street. It feels like a small community even though it's a huge city. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just tell people what we have and what it costs. If we don’t have something, we try to tell them where they might find it. It's an honest way to work. The building is old and the stairs creak, but it’s home for our business. We just keep doing what we do every day, one order at a time. It is a lot of work but it is what we know.
