J M B Industries is located on Peddar Road, right across from Sophia College. We’re on the 4th floor of Building No. 6 in the Kalpataru complex, which is No. 39 on the street. The MTNL building is also right nearby, so it’s a pretty well-known spot. This part of Mumbai is always moving, and the traffic outside never really seems to stop. Up on the fourth floor, it’s a bit more insulated from the street noise. We work in the industrial sector, handling various supplies and equipment. The office is functional and full of files, samples, and catalogs. We’ve been here for quite some time now and have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. It’s a good place to be based because it’s central, even if the road gets blocked up during peak hours. We don’t do any fancy branding or use corporate slogans. We just manage our orders and talk to our suppliers every day. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork to make sure things get delivered to the right places. Sometimes things get delayed at the docks or in transit, which is just part of the trade. We have a small crew and everyone knows what they need to do. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized in the middle of all the city chaos. It’s a simple, reliable way of doing business in a very busy part of town.
