This location is way out at Wakad, which falls under the Tamsi post in Malegaon Taluka, within the Washim district. It is a proper rural setting. We are involved in infrastructure work here, which often means working on roads or smaller local projects that really help the community get around. It is a long way from the big city lights of places like Mumbai or Pune. The office is very basic, just a simple place to keep the tools and the records safe from the elements. We spend most of our time out in the fields or on the actual road sites. Being in the Washim district means you have to be self-reliant. We do not have a lot of fancy technology or polished brochures to hand out. Our reputation comes from the work we actually finish. The people in the local village know us well. We speak the local language and we understand how things work in this specific part of Maharashtra. It is not always easy, especially when the monsoon hits and the roads get very muddy and hard to navigate. We just keep at it. There is no mission statement hanging on the wall, just a calendar and maybe a map of the taluka. We are not looking to be the biggest company, just the ones who get the job done right in our own backyard.
