This is our main spot in the MHB Colony in Mumbai. It’s located at 13/946, which is a bit deep into the residential part of the colony. We do construction and infrastructure work, but this specific office is where a lot of the ground-level planning and the daily paperwork gets sorted out. It’s definitely not one of those fancy skyscraper offices you see in other parts of the city. It’s right in the middle of where people live, which we think keeps us grounded. Mumbai is a city that is always moving, and we are just a small part of that. There are files piled up everywhere and we are usually busy talking to site managers or checking on where the materials are. The room can get a bit cramped when everyone happens to be in at the same time. We’ve been operating from this colony for a while now. It’s convenient enough for getting to different project sites across Maharashtra, though the traffic can be a real headache most days. We don’t really do much for show or try to look professional. If you come by, you’ll see us just doing our jobs in our shirtsleeves. There’s a lot of noise from the street outside, kids playing, and the usual Mumbai bustle. We like it that way. It’s more real than being stuck in some glass box. We just focus on the projects and making sure the infra work keeps moving forward.
