Our office is located in Rangoli, which is in the Hatakangle Taluka of the Kolhapur district. It is a bit of a rural setting, which makes a lot of sense given the kind of infrastructure projects we often work on. We are usually involved in things like irrigation or road work that happens away from the big city centers. The office is pretty basic and serves as a place for us to meet and plan our next steps. Kolhapur has a very specific way of doing things, and we’ve been part of this landscape for quite some time. You won't find any corporate buzzwords here. We just talk about things like timelines, materials, and labor. It can be tough work, especially when the weather isn't on our side, but that is just part of being in construction. The team here is mostly locals who understand the terrain and the needs of the area. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office in Rangoli and various project sites nearby. It is a no-nonsense environment where we focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the office is empty because everyone is out in the field, but that is usually when the most progress is being made. We don't try to make our work sound more glamorous than it is. It’s just about building things that people use every day and making sure we do a decent job of it.
