We are based over at number 13 in Sector-12. It’s one of those areas where you see a lot of different offices and warehouses tucked away. Ivory Exports And Imports Pvt. Ltd. is basically a lot of paperwork and boxes moving in and out most days. The office isn’t much to talk about, just a few desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a phone that doesn’t stop ringing when the shipments are due. We spend a lot of our time checking lists and making sure the things coming in are actually what they’re supposed to be. Sector-12 can get pretty crowded during the middle of the day, so getting the vans parked out front is always a bit of a struggle. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone pretty much does a bit of everything. One minute you’re on the computer checking a customs form and the next you’re helping move a pallet because the driver is in a hurry. It’s a lot of logistics, but we just take it one day at a time. The air conditioner in the main room makes a bit of a rattling noise, but it keeps us cool enough when the summer hits. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just making sure the trade keeps moving through our little corner of the sector. It’s honest work and keeps us on our toes from morning until we lock up and head home.
