Dadar is the heart of Mumbai, and that’s where you will find us. Our office is in Rajani Apartment, flat 1/306. It’s in Keni Wadi, right near the busy Agar Bazar. If you know Mumbai, you know how crowded and loud the market area can be. There are people everywhere and the smell of the bazar is always in the air. We are Itl Tours And Travels Pvt. Ltd. People usually come to us when they want to go somewhere else for a holiday or work. Our office is in an old building on S.K. Bole Road. It’s a bit cramped with all the files and tickets, but it works for what we do. We’ve been in this spot for many years. The rain in Mumbai can be a real problem during July, sometimes the walls get damp, but we just wipe them down and keep working. It’s a busy life. The phone rings a lot with people asking about bus timings or train bookings. We don't have a fancy waiting lounge. Just a couple of plastic chairs for anyone who drops by to talk about their plans. Dadar West is a place that never sleeps, and we feel that energy every day. We aren't a big agency with a glass front. We are just a small travel office in a residential apartment building. It’s local, it’s real, and it’s how we have always operated. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It’s a tight space but there is always room for someone to sit.
