Ispat Industries Ltd

Our office is tucked away in Flat 02, Plot 154 over in Sector 10 of New Panvel. It is basically a residential setup that we use for our business operations. Being in a flat makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than if we were in a huge glass building in central Mumbai. We have got our regular routine here. Sector 10 is a decent area and we have been around this part of Panvel for quite a bit. Most of what we do involves the steel trade, managing the flow of materials and keeping the accounts straight. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork coming in, but we manage just fine. You will find us here from Monday to Saturday, usually dealing with the logistics of moving metal from one place to another. The fan hums in the background while we work, and the sounds of the neighborhood filter in through the windows. It is not a corporate headquarters with hundreds of staff, just a small team making things happen. We know the local shops and the guys who deliver the mail. It is a practical way to run things without all the extra noise. We just do the work, file the papers, and try to keep things moving without any big fuss. It’s been our home base for a long time and it suits us just fine for what we do.
