Ispat Industries Limited

We are based out in the Hamriyah Free Zone in Sharjah. Our work here involves the Emirates Techno Casting division, which is part of the larger Kef Holdings group. At Ispat Industries Limited, we are right in the middle of the industrial hub of the UAE. It’s a lot of sand, sun, and heavy machinery. Being in a free zone means things move fast and there are always containers coming and going from the port nearby. Our P.O. Box 41608 gets plenty of mail from all over the world. It’s a very different environment from a city center or a residential area. It’s all about production and efficiency here. We spend our days on the factory floor or in the casting areas checking on the melts. It gets incredibly hot, especially during the summer months, but the air conditioning in the back office helps when we have to do the logs and the shipping manifests. We don't have time for fancy presentations or long meetings. The work is mostly about metal and casting and making sure the technical specs are met for the clients. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep it down to earth as much as possible. We are just a group of people making things happen in the Sharjah heat. It’s a busy place with people from everywhere working together. We just focus on the task and get it done before the shift ends. It is a rugged way to work.
