Ipmsl

We are over in Borivali East at Ekta Meadows. Our office is actually two flats, 304 and 305, in the A Wing. We knocked a wall through to make more space. It’s near Siddarthnagar, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Mumbai is always crowded and noisy, but up on the third floor, it’s a bit quieter. We have a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass partitions. It feels more like a home where people happen to work. The security guard at the gate is a nice man who’s been here as long as we have. We don't do any big marketing or have a fancy logo on the door. It’s just the name Ipmsl printed on a small board. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes forever, so we just use the stairs. We spend our days answering phones and filling out forms. It’s regular work. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just try to keep things organized and handle the clients who come in. There’s a small kitchen where we make tea. It’s a humble setup, but it works for what we need. Most of our neighbors are families living their lives. Sometimes we have to remind people to be quiet in the hallways. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a big corporate vision, we just want to finish our tasks.
