Ipca Laboratories

Our spot is 63-E in the Kandivli Industrial Estate, over in Kandivali West. Being in an industrial estate means there are always trucks moving and the sound of machinery in the background. It’s not a quiet place to work, but we are used to it. We spend our hours dealing with various pharmaceutical products. The lab side of things is very strict, so you'll see a lot of people in white coats moving around. We have a lot of history in this building. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are more worried about what’s happening on the production line. Most of the staff have been here for a long time, and we’ve seen the estate grow and change. The commute can be a bit of a drag depending on where you're coming from, but once you're here, there’s always something to do. We don't really do big corporate speeches or anything. It's more about checking the batches and making sure the documentation is right. Lunch is usually a quick affair so we can get back to the floor. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s important work, and everyone knows their role. We just try to keep things running smoothly day after day without too much fuss or drama in the office.
