Ion Exchange Resins

So, we are over on the second floor of Victor House, which is 142/C on N. M. Joshi Marg. If you know Lower Parel (W), you know it’s always busy and there’s always something going on. Our place, Ion Exchange Resins, is just a regular office space where we handle all the resin stuff. It’s not one of those new glass buildings you see everywhere now. Victor House has been around for a bit, and you can tell by the stairs and the way the hallways look. We spend most of our time at our desks or talking on the phone about shipments and logistics. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. We don’t have any fancy lobby or anything. You just come up to the second floor and find us. The area around N. M. Joshi Marg has changed so much lately with all the malls and big offices, but our little corner feels mostly the same as it always was. We deal with industrial things, so it’s not exactly glamorous work, but it’s important for the people who need it. We keep our files in old cabinets and the tea lady comes around twice a day, which is usually the highlight of the morning. It’s just a steady, quiet business running out of an old building in a part of Mumbai that never really stops moving.
