Ioecs Llc

We are based out of the Sohar Port area in Oman. It’s a huge place with lots of big tanks and ships coming in all the time. Our office for Ioecs Llc is tucked away inside the Oiltanking Odfjell terminal facility. If you haven't been here, it can be a bit of a maze to find us with all the industrial roads and security gates. It’s always windy near the water and you can smell the salt and the oil in the air. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and keeping track of things moving through the terminal. It’s not your typical quiet office since there is always some noise from the machinery outside. We are just a small part of what happens at this massive port. The sun is really strong here, so we stay inside mostly. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets for our records. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because we are so far out on the edge of the port. We don't really get many visitors because of all the security hoops you have to jump through to get in. Most of our communication is over the phone or email anyway. It’s a lot of long days watching the ships dock and unload. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. That's basically the life here at Sohar Port for our team every day.
