International Machine Tools Corporation

International Machine Tools Corporation is based right in the heart of the Fort area in Mumbai. Our office is at Plot No. 5, Nyayamurti, on G N Vaidya Marg. Being in Fort means we are surrounded by old buildings and a lot of history, and we’ve been here long enough to feel like part of that. We handle a lot of machine tool business, which involves a lot of technical specs and talking to suppliers. Even though the name sounds big, we are a pretty focused group working out of a traditional Mumbai office space. We still use our Post Office Box 799 for a lot of our mail because that’s just how we’ve always done it. The streets outside are always crowded with people and traffic, but inside we try to keep things orderly so we can track all the orders coming in. We don't use a lot of fancy software or modern office trends; we just stick to what works. Dealing with machine tools requires a lot of patience and attention to detail, which we have plenty of. Most of our clients have been with us for years because they know they can just call and talk to a real person. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to supply the right tools to the people who need them. It’s a solid way to make a living.
