Interics Design Consultants

We've been up here on the 7th floor of the Tardeo A.C Market Building for quite a while now. Interics Design Consultants is basically just a group of us working through projects, mostly focusing on how different spaces come together for people. Tardeo Road stays pretty busy throughout the day, but once you get up to our floor, the noise from the street settles down a little bit. It’s not a fancy setup with a big lobby or anyone waiting to greet you at the door. We spend most of our time sitting at our desks or heading out to different sites to check on things. Being in a spot like 7/23 means we are right in the middle of everything, which really helps when we need to get across the city in a hurry. We deal with designs, plans, and all those small details that go into making a building actually work. It’s not always pretty work, honestly. Sometimes it’s just looking at long spreadsheets or having a bit of an argument over a specific measurement that doesn't seem right. People usually find us when they need a plan that makes sense on paper. We don't do those big flashy sales pitches because we don't have time for them. Most of our day is just drawing things up and checking if they fit the physical space. It’s a job like any other. The elevator in this market building can be a bit slow, so we usually tell people to give it a minute.
