We’ve been based out of Andheri East Industrial Area Phase 1 for a good while now. Our office is at number 206. It’s a busy part of the city, and things can get pretty loud outside with all the trucks and people moving around, but inside we just try to keep our heads down and get the work finished. We aren’t a huge team, just a few of us who spend most of our time at desks covered in drawings and coffee cups. Intergrated Architect & Designers Pvt Ltd is basically where we spend most of our waking hours. Some days are just spent staring at computer screens trying to fix a small detail in a plan, and other days we’re out on-site getting dust on our shoes. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need it, or a client changes their mind at the last minute, which can be frustrating. But that’s just how this line of work is. We don't have a fancy reception or anything, just a functional space where we handle the blueprints and paperwork. Getting to the office through the Andheri traffic is usually the hardest part of the day. We’ve been in this building for long enough that the security guards know us by name. It’s a practical spot for us because it’s central to a lot of the sites we have to visit. We just keep busy with whatever project comes through the door.
