Intercon Air

Intercon Air is way up on the third floor of the Arart Building in Kandivali East. We are at 89 Fort Aarya Chanakya Nagar, right on Akurli Road No 1. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is being moody. The office isn't very big, but we have enough space for the team and our gear. We deal with air systems, so we are always thinking about ventilation and fans. Kandivali is a fast-growing area, and we’ve seen a lot of new buildings come up around us. From our floor, we can see the traffic building up on Akurli Road every evening. We aren't some massive corporation with a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just lets you in. The desks are a bit messy with notes and parts. We spend a lot of time out at different sites, so the office can be quiet during the middle of the day. We’ve been operating from this building for a decent amount of time. It’s a plain, practical place to run a business. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or expensive art. We just focus on the air units and getting the jobs finished. Most of our clients find us through word of mouth. It’s just a normal bunch of guys working in an attic-style office.
