You can find us at the Intelenet Towers on Plot CST No. 1406 A28 in the Mindspace area of Malad West. It is one of those big buildings where a lot of people are coming and going at all hours. Since we do global services, the lights are almost never off. People are working different shifts depending on which country they are talking to. It’s a huge space with rows and rows of desks and computers. The air conditioning is always humming in the background. Downstairs in the lobby, there is always a crowd of employees waiting for the lifts or grabbing a quick smoke or coffee outside. Mindspace itself is a massive hub, so it feels like a city within a city. We have our own cafeteria and the food is okay, but most of us get bored of it after a week. There is a lot of talking because of the nature of the work, just a constant murmur of voices on headsets. It can be a bit stressful when it’s busy, but we have some break areas where you can sit for a minute. The security at the gate is pretty strict about ID cards. We see new faces all the time because the team is so big. It’s a very different vibe from a small shop. It feels like a big machine that just keeps running through the night. We just show up, do our hours, and head home through the Malad traffic.
