Instrument Control Devices is located in B-3 of the Abubaker Compound. If you’re looking for us, we’re right behind the Garib Nawaz Hotel on Raghvendra Mandir Road in Jogeshwari West. It’s a pretty packed area, and the streets are always full of people and small shops selling all kinds of things. Our workshop isn't very big, and it’s usually filled with the sound of tools and the smell of solder. We work on various instruments and control units, so there are always tiny parts scattered across the workbenches. It’s the kind of place where you have to be careful where you step so you don’t trip over a cable. We don't have a lobby or a fancy sign outside. Most people just walk in through the compound gate. The heat in Mumbai can make the workshop a bit stuffy in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. We aren't a corporate giant with a PR team. It’s just us doing technical work that requires a lot of patience. Some days are slower than others, and we might spend the whole morning just trying to find a fault in a single circuit. It’s not flashy, but it’s what we know how to do. We’ve been in this compound for a while now, and we’re used to the local rhythm of the neighborhood. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get things fixed.
