We are located over in Borivali East, inside the Madhukunj Co-Operative Housing Society. Our office is B-23 in the Samved building. It is a bit of a different vibe working out of a residential society area like Rajendra Nagar, but it actually keeps things a bit quieter for us while we manage our facade projects. Innovators Facade System Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this Mumbai spot for some time. Getting around Borivali can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, but we have figured out the shortcuts by now. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have desks piled with project files and a few samples of the materials we use for building exteriors. It is not the kind of place with a receptionist or a coffee machine that makes lattes; we usually just send someone down to the local stall if we need a drink. Most of the day is spent coordinating with the guys on the actual construction sites. We have to make sure the measurements are right and the materials arrive when they are supposed to, which is harder than it sounds with Mumbai's logistics. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things organized in our own way. It is a small team here, and we have all been working together long enough that we don't need to explain much to each other anymore. That is just how we do things in Borivali.
