Innovative Systems

Innovative Systems is located at 145/102, Chetan Villa in Garodianagar. It’s in Ghatkopar East, which is a pretty lively part of Mumbai to be in. We’re basically in a residential-style building that’s been converted into a workspace. It feels a bit like home, which is nice because we spend so much time here. The rooms are a bit cramped because we have a lot of equipment squeezed in, but we’ve learned how to move around without bumping into each other. Most days, it’s just the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone call. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a sign that lights up at night. It’s just a regular door in a regular building. We usually get our lunch from one of the local spots nearby, and there are plenty of them around Ghatkopar. The neighborhood is friendly, and we know the people who live in the apartments nearby. Sometimes the building hallway is a bit cluttered, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work well and keep our heads down. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours. We’ve got a few plants on the windowsill that are struggling a bit, but we try to remember to water them. That's pretty much the whole story. We’re just a small group of people working out of Chetan Villa every day.
