Innovation Placement Services

Innovation Placement Services is situated in Office No 4 of the Vrindavan building. We are right in Andheri East, directly across from the Andheri Police Station. It is a very loud and active part of the city. We focus on finding jobs for people, so our office is constantly seeing new faces coming in for interviews or to drop off their paperwork. The building itself is quite typical for Andheri, a bit older with a narrow staircase. We are on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to find us without getting lost in the hallways. Being opposite the police station is a good landmark, as everyone knows where that is. Our office isn't very big, but we have enough room for a few desks and some chairs for people waiting. There are always piles of resumes on the desks and the sound of phones ringing in the background. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a clock that is a few minutes fast. The traffic outside on the main road never really stops, so we have to talk a bit louder sometimes. We usually get our lunch from the small places nearby. It is just a regular office where we try to help people find work without making it too complicated. We spend most of the day talking to candidates and trying to stay organized.
