You’ll find Innotech Auto India Pvt. Ltd. at C 19/20 in the Sagar Vaibhav building on L M Road. It’s a decent spot, though the traffic out front can be a real nightmare during the evening rush. We’ve got a couple of units joined together here to give us enough room for our operations. It’s a practical space, filled with parts, tools, and a few desks for the office side of things. It isn't the most modern office in the world, but it’s functional and it gets the job done. We’ve got grease on some of the surfaces and stacks of catalogs that have been there for months. That’s just the nature of working with auto components. The team is pretty small, and we’ve all known each other for years. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing; everyone just chips in where they’re needed. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a big order, and other days it’s a bit quieter. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and try to keep things organized. It’s a local business, run by people who actually know the industry. We just keep our heads down and stay busy on L M Road. We are not fancy, but we are reliable and we show up every morning.
