We're set up in the J K Industrial Estate over in Andheri East. Specifically, it’s on 1st Carpenter Street. If you’re looking for us, we’re close to C. P. Tank. The estate is always buzzing with the sound of machinery and trucks moving around. We are at unit number 8. Inside, it’s mostly just us and the machines we work with. It’s a bit oily and loud, but that’s an industrial estate for you. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time now. The people working here have been through the ups and downs of the business together. We don't use big words or have meetings that last for hours. We just talk over the noise and get the machines running. Some days the power goes out, and we all sit outside on the steps and wait for it to come back. Those are the times we actually get to talk about things other than work. The office part is just a small cabin with a couple of chairs and a computer that’s seen better days. We do the paperwork there. It’s always a bit dusty because of the location, no matter how much we clean. But it’s where we feel most productive. We know the security guards at the gate and the guys at the local garage. It’s a community of people who work with their hands. We just fit right in here. There’s no pretense, just the daily grind and getting the machines shipped out on time for our customers.
