Ingram Micro India Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Vikhroli East, right near that Godrej Industries Complex. If you are coming down the Eastern Express Highway, you can’t really miss the turn for Pirojshanagar. It is a busy area with lots of trucks and people moving about all day long. Most of the time, we are just busy handling all the technology products that come through these doors. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the highway traffic being so close, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't really about fancy offices or anything like that. The space is mostly filled with boxes and equipment waiting to go where they need to go. Our staff mostly lives nearby or commutes in on the local trains. We try to keep things organized, though it can get a bit chaotic when a big shipment arrives unexpectedly. Most folks around here know us as the place near Godrej. We don't spend much time on big talks or anything, we just focus on getting the daily tasks done. Sometimes the heat in this part of Mumbai gets to us, but we have our fans running and just keep at it. It’s a practical setup we have here. We deal with a lot of different vendors and shops. We have some old desks and the floor is a bit scuffed from moving pallets. It’s just how a warehouse office looks after a few years of hard work. We don't bother with painting the walls every season or anything like that. We just focus on the shipments.
