Industrial Transport Services is based in Chembur, specifically at 117, Acharya Commercial Complex on Dr. C.G. Road. It's a standard commercial building, nothing too flashy about it. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Our day is mostly filled with talking to truck drivers and managing transport schedules. The phone rings a lot, and there’s always a bit of a rush to get things organized before the day ends. Chembur-400074 is a good location for us because of the access to different routes. The office itself is full of maps, logbooks, and several half-empty coffee mugs. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just have people who know how to move freight. Sometimes the weather makes the roads difficult, and then we have to spend hours rescheduling everything. It’s a bit of a jigsaw puzzle every day. We aren't a big corporation with polished floors. We’re just a group of people working out of a complex in Mumbai. The elevators in the building are sometimes slow, so we take the stairs if we are in a hurry. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We focus on the loads and the timing. That’s pretty much the whole story. We show up, do the logistics, and go home. Some days are long, but we get the job done.
