You’ll find us in Andheri East, right on Marol Maroshi Road. We are in the Twin Complex Phase 1, on the first floor. We are basically across from the fire brigade station, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. We deal with industrial controls and various appliances. The office is often cluttered with control panels, switches, and technical manuals. Mumbai is always moving, and so are we. There’s a constant flow of couriers and technicians coming through the door. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic and the sirens from the fire station, but we don't mind it much. We spend our days troubleshooting circuits or helping a client pick the right part for their machine. It’s very practical work. No one here is wearing a tie. We just have our sleeves rolled up. Sometimes we have to go out to sites to see how the controls are holding up. The building isn’t brand new, but it’s a solid place to work from. We keep a lot of inventory on the shelves because people usually need parts in a hurry. We don’t have a flashy website or big billboards. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here a long time and know our stuff. It’s just us, the parts, and the daily grind in Andheri. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that's usually when we take our only real break.
