Industele Property Private Limited

Our office is right on Princess Street, not far from Marine Lines station. We are on the second floor of May Building, in room 202. The building is one of those old ones, numbered 297, 299, and 301. It’s a very busy part of the city. There’s always noise from the street below and people moving about. We handle property stuff at Industele. It’s a small team of us working in this space. We’ve got stacks of files and a few computers. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We focus on real estate in this crowded area of town. Being near Marine Lines is handy for getting around. We spend our days answering the phone and meeting people who have questions about local buildings. It’s practical, everyday work. We don't have a flashy lobby or fancy coffee machines. We just have chairs and a table where we discuss business. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but you get used to it. We know this neighborhood inside out. Princess Street has a lot of history and we’re just another part of it now. We don't make big promises. We just look at the properties and help where we can. It’s just how life is in this part of Mumbai.
