We are located at B/53, right opposite the Monginis shop off Link Road in Andheri. Having the bakery nearby is both a blessing and a curse because it always smells like fresh cakes. Indus Theco is based in a building that’s quite easy to find once you get off the main road. The office is a bit of a mix of storage and workspace. We have shelves reaching up to the ceiling filled with all sorts of things. Most of our day is spent coordinating stuff over the phone or on the computer. Link Road is always jammed, so we try to time our errands so we don't get stuck in traffic for hours. Inside, it’s a bit of a squeeze. We’ve got four or five people working in a space meant for three, but we get along well enough. There’s always someone complaining about the air conditioning being too cold or too warm. We don't have a formal dress code, so you'll see us in jeans and t-shirts mostly. It’s a very hands-on environment. If something needs to be moved, we all stop what we’re doing to help. We don't really do big meetings. We just shout questions across the room and get answers. When five o'clock hits, we start wrapping things up, though someone usually stays late to finish the books. It’s just a normal workplace with people trying to do a good job in a busy part of town.
