Indorama Cement Ltd

We are located in the Shivdeep Apartment building, specifically in the A Wing, Room 109. This is over in Pen, in the Raigad district. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but we like it here at Chawadi Naka. Being in a residential apartment means it doesn’t feel like a big corporate skyscraper. Indorama Cement Ltd has been using this space as a base for our operations in this part of Maharashtra for some time. We deal with cement, which is a pretty straightforward business. People need it for building houses and roads around here. The office is small and usually smells a bit like tea because someone is always making a pot in the back. We have a few files and a couple of old computers. Outside, the street can get a bit noisy with the local market and trucks passing by. Raigad has a different pace than Mumbai. It’s a bit slower, which we don't mind most days. We talk to contractors and suppliers all day on the phone. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites to see how things are going. It’s a lot of dusty shoes and many phone calls. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or modern art. We just need a place to sit and manage the distribution. It gets the job done. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we know the area well. It's just a normal office in an apartment block.
