Our factory is tucked away in the Potial Industrial Estate in Mazgaon. It’s near the boat area, so you can often smell the sea and see the big ships and docks nearby. Mazgaon has a lot of history with industry and shipping, and we are right in the middle of it. We work on precision products. Our space is filled with machines and workbenches. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone working on a machine or checking measurements. It’s usually quite loud because of the ventilation and the machines running constantly. The floors are stained with oil, and there are metal scraps in the bins. We like the grit of the industrial estate. It feels like real work is happening here. We’ve been in this spot for years. The guys who work here are local and know their way around the equipment. We don't do much advertising. Most of our work comes from long-standing relationships with other businesses in the city. We just make sure the products are made correctly. The road into the estate can be a bit bumpy and narrow, especially when trucks are unloading. We just work around the schedule of the docks. It’s a busy, noisy life, but it suits what we do. We try to keep things moving as best as we can without making it too complicated.
