This office is right on Veer Savarkar Marg in the Prabhadevi area of Mumbai. Being at Plot No. 1207 means we're in a busy part of the city, surrounded by all the traffic and noise you’d expect. This is the project side of things for Indian Rare Earths, so we’re usually buried in plans and updates. It’s not a factory floor, but it’s just as hectic in its own way with all the phone calls and meetings. The space is a bit tight, as is common in Mumbai, but we have enough room for the desks and the filing cabinets. We deal with a lot of the planning that goes into our bigger operations elsewhere. Sometimes the elevators in the building act up, which is a pain when you're in a hurry. We’re just a group of professionals trying to keep the projects on track. Lunch usually means grabbing something from the local stalls nearby. It’s a straightforward environment, no corporate fluff, just people doing their jobs. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and technical data. The view outside is mostly other buildings and the constant stream of cars. It's a practical spot for us to coordinate what needs to happen. We've been at this address for a while and the routine stays pretty much the same every week.
