Indian Industrial Company

We’re based in the Mungekar Industrial Estate over in Goregaon East. Our unit is on the first floor, number 4-A. It’s right off Aarey Road, which is always busy with traffic. Working in an industrial estate means there’s always the sound of machinery or trucks in the distance. We deal with various industrial goods, so our space is mostly filled with stock and ledgers. It’s not the cleanest place in the world because of the dust from the estate, but we keep the work areas tidy enough. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the items coming in and making sure the outgoing packages are secure. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the windows open and get on with it. We’ve got a small, tight-knit crew. We’ve worked together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to get things done. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there; we just want to do right by the people who buy from us. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate and we all just take a break and sit on the stairs for a bit. It’s just the way things are. We’re just a regular business doing our part in the Goregaon area. We know the shortcuts through Viswasher Nagar to avoid the worst of the traffic on the way out.
