Indiabulls Real Estate is located right at B-2 Gilder Lane, inside the Muncipale Staff Colony in Mumbai Central. It’s a busy part of town, which most people know already if they spend any time in Mumbai. Our office is not some massive glass tower you see on TV. It’s a practical space where we handle property things every day. Usually, the mornings start with the sound of the city waking up right outside the window. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking over maps of the local area. Being in the Staff Colony means there is always people moving about. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy, but that’s just how Mumbai Central works. We don’t have fancy rugs or a coffee bar. There is a desk, some chairs, and plenty of paperwork that needs doing. If someone stops by, they usually find us just working through the daily list. It’s straightforward work. We deal with real estate because that’s the job we have here. The address is 400008, and we’ve been at this spot for some time now. Some days are slower than others, especially when the rain hits hard and the lane gets a bit flooded. We just keep the files dry and wait it out. It is a real place with real people sitting at desks. Nothing more than that.
