Indeus Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is based over in Mulund West. We are actually located in the Su Motors Premises, which is right across from Model Town on Balrajeshwar Road. It’s a pretty easy landmark to give people when they are trying to find the office. Being in Mulund means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. The building we are in has a very functional feel to it. It’s not meant to be a showpiece, it’s just a place where we get the work done. Every morning we come in, say hello to the neighbors, and get started on whatever life sciences tasks are on the agenda. There is usually a lot of coordination involved between different teams. Since we are on Balrajeshwar Road, we see a lot of people passing by all day. It’s a lively neighborhood and that energy definitely carries over into the office. We keep things pretty simple here. There aren't any big corporate speeches or complicated rules, just a group of people trying to stay organized and meet our deadlines. We’ve got a good amount of space for our equipment and records, which is important. Sometimes the road outside gets a bit noisy with all the traffic heading toward Model Town, but we are used to it by now. It’s just another day at work in Mulund for us. We've got a decent setup here and it serves us well enough for what we do.
