Independent Professional

I work out of the Orion Building in Sector 50, Nerul. It’s a decent spot in Navi Mumbai, and being on the 8th floor gives a bit of a view of the surrounding area. Flat 803 is where I handle all my professional work. Since I work independently, I don’t have a floor full of staff or a receptionist at the front. It’s just me and the space I’ve set up for my daily tasks. Nerul is a busy part of the city, but once I’m up here, it’s quiet enough to actually focus. Plot 120 is easy enough to find if you know the sector. I’ve lived in Maharashtra for a long time, and Navi Mumbai has its own rhythm compared to the main city. My days are usually filled with calls, emails, and deep work that requires some peace. I didn't want a corporate office with glass walls and cold air conditioning. This place feels more like home, which helps me stay productive without the stress of a commute. Sometimes the elevator takes a while, but that’s just part of life in a big building. People often ask why I don't move to a bigger office, but this suits my needs perfectly. It’s practical, it’s local, and it lets me get things done on my own terms without any unnecessary fuss. It is a good way to live and work in India today.
