In2M is just a small setup we have going here. Most of the time, it's just a few of us sitting around desks, handling things as they come in. If you look at our contact info, you'll see a Rediffmail address, which tells you how long we’ve been around. We aren't big on fancy websites or huge offices. Most of the work happens right here on our screens. We spend a lot of time typing away and making sure the files are organized. It gets a bit quiet in the afternoons, but that’s when we usually get the most done. Vijay is the main person you’d talk to if you ever reached out. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. It's just a room with some computers and a lot of coffee cups. Sometimes the internet slows down, and we just take a break until it comes back. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We’ve stayed in this rhythm for a while now. There isn’t much to say other than we show up every morning and stay until the job is finished. It’s not the kind of place with a lot of noise or big meetings. We just keep our heads down and handle what’s in front of us. It feels more like a small group of friends working on projects than a formal business most days.
