Down at 136, Shiv Kripa Industial Area on L. B. S. Marg, you will find us working away at Imperial Pharmachines Pvt. Ltd. Vikhroli (West) is a busy place to be, and the traffic on the main road is almost always heavy. Our workshop and office are tucked away in the industrial estate, which is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. Inside, it usually smells like metal and oil. We spend most of our time dealing with the machines and making sure everything is running the way it should be. It’s a loud place sometimes, but we are used to the clanging and the hum of the equipment. There are a few of us here who have been working together for years, so we don't need to say much to get the job done. We just know the routine. Our desks are covered in diagrams and parts lists, and there is usually a stack of crates waiting near the door. We don't go for anything fancy in terms of decor. It’s all about the tools and the work. When a customer calls, they are usually looking for a specific part or asking how to fix something, and we just give them a straight answer. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us here in Vikhroli. We just keep our heads down and finish the work until the day is done. The commute is long, but the work keeps us occupied.
