We’ve been set up here in Goregaon West for a good while now, right over by Siddharth Nagar. If you know where the post office is, we are just across from it, tucked into the Siddharth Hospital staff quarters area at number 8. It’s a busy little corner of Mumbai. Most days start with a lot of noise from the street, and we just get on with things. Imperial Land isn't some fancy high-rise office; it’s more of a practical spot where we handle our daily paperwork and meet people who are looking into property stuff. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break, but usually, it's just us sorting through files. Working near the hospital means there’s always movement outside. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood over the years. We deal with land matters, helping people figure out what they need for their plots or whatever space they are looking at. It isn't always glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. People often drop in because they saw our sign while going to the post office. We just sit down, look at the papers, and see what can be done. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. No big boardroom meetings here, just a desk and a few chairs and the sound of the traffic outside. It works for us and the people who come to see us. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like part of the furniture.
