Iit Bombay

This setup for Iit Bombay is run by Sushil Kumar Jena from Room No-73 in Hostel No-8. It’s located in the Powai area of Mumbai, which is always busy and quite humid. The room itself is small, as most hostel rooms are, and it’s packed with everything needed to keep things running. There’s a desk piled high with papers, a laptop, and various technical books. It’s not a polished business environment by any stretch of the imagination. It’s more of a personal workspace where work happens whenever there’s a spare moment. We don’t have any employees or a big team. It’s just one person managing the workload from a small corner of a hostel. The sounds of the campus are always there in the background, from students heading to classes to the noise of the city outside the gates. We don't have a formal meeting space, so most discussions happen over the phone or in the common areas of the hostel. It’s a very humble way to operate. We don't use any marketing jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. The focus is purely on the tasks that need to be completed. We use basic supplies and keep everything as organized as possible in such a tight space. It’s a very direct and practical approach to work, without any of the fluff you find in bigger companies. We just put in the hours and get the results we need.
