We don't really have a physical shopfront that you can walk into right now. Most of our things happen through that Gmail address you see. It's a bit of a modern way of doing things, I suppose. We spend a lot of our time staring at screens and sending out replies from wherever we happen to be sitting with a laptop. Sometimes that's at a kitchen table and other times it's in a shared space. It keeps things simple without having to worry about rent for a big showroom. We handle all the messages ourselves, so if you write to us, it’s one of the actual team members reading it. It can get a bit overwhelming when the inbox fills up on a Monday morning, but we go through them one by one. We don't have fancy office chairs or a coffee machine that makes lattes. It's just us and our computers. This way of working allows us to stay flexible. We might be working late into the night when it's quiet or starting very early before the rest of the world wakes up. It's a bit strange not having a street address to give people, but in this line of work, the digital side of things is where everything actually happens. We just keep our files organized on the drive and make sure we don't miss an email or a request that comes through our inbox. It is a very direct way of talking to people.
