Idbi Ltd

We are set up in Flat No. C-12 within the Kalpataru Vatika Jharokha Complex-I. This is right on Akurli Main Road in Kandivili East. If you know Mumbai at all, you know how busy Kandivili can get. Being in a complex like Jharokha means we are part of a pretty active community. The office is tucked away in the C-12 unit, so it’s not a street-front shop, but it works for what we need to do. We handle the various tasks for Idbi Ltd from here. It’s a mix of residential and commercial vibes in this part of town. The commute for most of us involves the usual Mumbai train or bus struggle, but getting to Akurli Main Road is fairly simple once you’re in the East. Our space is filled with desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. It’s not a large place, but it’s ours. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. When it rains during the monsoon, the whole area changes, but we keep the office running regardless. It’s a very grounded environment. We don't do much in the way of fancy meetings. It’s mostly just getting the daily admin done and making sure everything is tracked correctly. The local shops nearby are where we usually end up for tea breaks. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards at the gate know us all by name. It is just a regular Mumbai office.
