Idbi Bank

We are located in Neelam Apartment, specifically A/6 in Laxmi Baug. This is over in Katemanavali, Kalyan East, which is part of the Thane district near Mumbai. It’s a residential pocket where things can get quite lively. Being in an apartment building means we are right there where people live. We aren't some distant office in a high-rise. We spend our days inside this space handling all the bank stuff that needs doing. There are always forms to fill out and people asking about their balances. We try to keep things organized, though with the amount of paper we deal with, it can be a challenge. The staff here lives mostly in the local area, so we know the shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick snack. We aren't here to give fancy presentations. We are here to make sure people can get their money and save it properly. Sometimes the rain in Thane makes things difficult, but we still show up and open the doors. It’s just a regular job for us. We talk to the customers like neighbors because many of them are. We do the work, keep the records straight, and try to be as practical as possible. It is just a local branch doing its daily part in Kalyan. We don't make it more complicated than that.
