Idbi Bank Ltd

This Idbi Bank Ltd branch is over at Plot No. 19/B in the Om Awaas Apartments. We are located in the Pande Layout area along Khamla Road in Nagpur. It’s a pretty busy part of town. We are on the ground floor, so it is easy for people to just walk in off the street. We’ve got the typical bank layout with the glass partitions and the waiting area. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens and counting out cash. Nagpur can get incredibly hot in the summer, so we really rely on the air conditioning to keep us going. We see a lot of different people throughout the day—shopkeepers, families, and retired folks from the apartments nearby. We don't go in for any big marketing talk. We just tell people what the rules are and help them fill out their slips. It is a straightforward operation. We have a small team here, and we all pitch in to keep the place running. When things get busy, we just keep our heads down and work through the line. We like being part of the Pande Layout community. It’s a solid, practical place to work, and we just take things one day at a time without any unnecessary complications.
